Nikki here and I must say this:
DON'T YOU DARE MAKE A EVENT/CONTEST WITHOUT PERMISSION.
We don't want to have too many random totally worthless events cause it just... ruins it.
Anyways, too many people are out there with their horrible grammar and punctuation and explaining skills. We like our events legible.
If a Event/Contest is in session, it will be stickied. Dead contests will just sit there.
